(1) Control the inner and outer ring quality. In the main transmission system of Lunan Seiko CNC machining center, all bearings are rotated by the inner ring and fixed by the outer ring. At this time, if the inner ring appears radial yaw, it will cause the imbalance of rotation, and thus appear vibration noise. If the outer ring of the bearing, the shape and position tolerance of the mating hole are not good, there will be radial swing, so as to destroy the concentricity of the bearing parts. If the side of the end face of the inner ring and the outer ring is relatively large, it will also cause the inner ring of the bearing to skew relative to the outer ring. The higher the accuracy of the bearing, the smaller the amount of yaw, the smaller the noise. In addition to controlling the geometric deviation of the bearing inner and outer ring, the corrugation of the inner and outer ring raceway should be controlled to reduce the surface roughness, and the surface knock and scratch of the raceway in the assembly process should be strictly controlled, otherwise it is impossible to reduce the vibration and noise of the bearing. It is found that when the waviness of the raceway is dense wave or sparse wave, the contact point of the rolling body is obviously different, and the vibration frequency caused by this is very different.

(2) Control the matching accuracy of bearing, hole and shaft. The fault of lunan Seiko CNC machining center of the main transmission system, bearing and shaft and hole with, should ensure that the bearing has the necessary radial clearance. The value of the radial working clearance is determined by the fit of the inner ring on the shaft and the outer ring in the hole, as well as the temperature difference between the inner ring and the outer ring in the state of motion. Therefore, the selection of the initial clearance in the bearing is of great significance to control the noise of the bearing. Too large radial clearance will lead to noise increase in the low frequency part, while small radial clearance will lead to noise increase in the high frequency part. The general clearance control is good at 0.01mm. The fitting form of the outer ring in the hole will affect the noise propagation. A tighter fit will improve sound transmission, thus increasing the noise. Too tight fit will force the raceway to be deformed, thus increasing the shape error of the bearing raceway, reducing the radial clearance, and also leading to the increase of noise. Loose fitting of bearing outer ring will also cause larger noise. Only proper tightness can damp the oil film at the contact between the journal and the hole, thus reducing the noise. In addition, the shape and position tolerance and surface roughness of the mating part should meet the requirements of the selected bearing accuracy grade. If the bearing is installed very tightly on the shaft that is not processed accurately, then the error of the shaft will be transmitted to the inner ring raceway of the bearing, and expressed in the form of higher corrugations, and the noise will increase accordingly.
